This session demonstrates the basics of CPR, AED usage, and the importance of quick response in emergency situations. Highlight the advantages of blended learning and hands on practice for effective CPR techniques.
Emergency Preparedness: Being the First Responder: Discuss the significance of being prepared for emergencies and how CPR training equips individuals to be effective first responders. Emphasize the role of quick action in saving lives.
Advanced CPR Techniques and Manikin Technology: Dive into the advancements in CPR training equipment, such as high-tech manikins with feedback technology. Showcase how these innovations contribute to more effective CPR training.
Community Health Initiatives: Empowering a Safer Environment: Highlight how communities can come together to promote health and safety through CPR training initiatives, contributing to a safer and more prepared environment.
Remember, the aim is to engage and educate your community about health-related topics, particularly CPR training and its relevance in real-life situations. These suggested topics can provide valuable insights and knowledge that your audience can benefit from. The class involves hands-on practice so it is best if you wear comfortable clothes that you can move around in. If you have long hair, it's best to wear it back. Also, Women should wear a shirt with a modest neckline so that they can feel comfortable bending over and doing compressions on a manikin.
Weekly Blood Pressure Screening - start a new healthy habit! Every Wednesday at the Pinnacle Fitness Center there will be someone there between 9-10AM to check your blood pressure.
Box Garden - trash cans reserved for garden waste may be removed because they are being used for non-garden waste.
