FARM TO FORK GRASS-FED BEEF, owners Chris and Michelle Smith
Howdy from Veteran's Liberty Ranch! Grass-fed, local, longhorn beef will be offered on a weekly basis from a trailer you will recognize! A few years ago, Chris and Michelle Smith sat down with Tony and Amy Jo to discuss our existing beef business. Tony and Amy Jo were eager to get started and many of you know them well! They are moving on to other ventures, so we decided to take over their trailer and continue to provide the high quality and variety of beef you have come to love.
Chris and Michelle have been processing beef for about 8 years. The ranch is located in Rhome, just West of Robson Ranch. Chris is the Veteran in the business name. He just retired from the USAF with 36 years of service, some of that as an Army tanker. Chris continues to work at Southwest Airlines while Michelle holds down the ranch with their 3 kids. We cannot wait to meet all of you on Friday and look forward to offering you a full menu we know you will love. Veteran's Liberty Ranch strives to provide healthy food by raising healthy, happy animals while caring for the land. Their beef is grass fed, locally raised, hormone and antibiotics free. In addition Michelle will offer pork and lamb, when available.
